The makers of the Flip obviously did their homework on how to make it easy to use. It's very simple and intuitive, and getting technical support by email was very fast (within hours).

I wish I had known that you cannot record 2 hours of consecutive video because there is a file size limit. Once your file is about 4 GB, the Flip just stops recording. It doesn't warn you or anything! For me, this is happening around 1 hour of recording. You have to know to watch for it and then manually start recording again.
